OPI Lincoln Park After Dark

I have had OPI Lincoln Park After Dark for a couple of years now. I pulled it out this week because of its vampy color and I don't think I have shown it on here before!
Lincoln Park After Dark is a very, very dark (almost black) plum color. It's a bit streaky with two coats, but it would probably be completely opaque with three coats. Shown below are two coats with a top coat. I just didn't have time to do three coats because it was past my bedtime! LOL
The only bad aspect of OPI polish is that the brush is too darn wide for my nails! That's why there is unevenness around my cuticles. What do you think about Lincoln Park After Dark? Do you like vampy colors in the Fall or all the time?

Color Club Insta-This

I have been a Birchbox subscriber for about a year and a half now, and I really look forward to getting my Birchbox in the mail, especially when I receive nail polish! Last month Birchbox had a custom Color Club collection, and I received Put a Pin In It, which is a light bronze shade with silver shimmer. The color didn't grab my attention much, so I haven't worn it, yet. However, my friend Cynthia also gets Birchbox, and she got Color Club Insta-This in her Birchbox, and she gave it to me because she said she would never wear it, and I am so glad she did!
Color Club Insta-This is the most vibrant, beautiful, unique shade of blue that I have in my collection thus far. I can't tell you how many compliments I received on this color! I know I say this a lot, but this is one of my favorite blues! ☺
Pictured below are two coats plus top coat:

From what I can tell this is a Birchbox-only color, so here is the link to purchase it:

Zoya Tallulah

Another quick post for you today! I have been wanting Zoya Tallulah for about a year now, so when they had their sale last month, I knew I was going to buy this polish!
Tallulah is one of the most beautiful blues I have ever worn. It's a shimmery, medium blue that's perfect in two coats.
     Check out the photos below...

Look at the beautiful pink shimmer at the bottom of the bottle!

Tallulah is so gorgeous! What do you think? Thanks for reading!

Zoya Harley

I've got a quick post for you tonight before I go to bed! Mondays absolutely wear me out, so I'm going to bed early tonight!
Zoya Harley is originally from the Zoya Twist Collection for Spring 2009, but I bought it last year during one of their online sales. I love Zoya, because even if I love a color from a couple of years ago, I can still find it for sale on their website.
Harley is one of the most beautiful grey colors I have ever seen! I just love the ribbons of subtle copper shimmer that you can see in the bottle. I wore this color for multiple days because I loved it so much. The color is great for Spring, but I love it even in Fall, and definitely Winter.
Check out the photos below...Two effortless coats were used.

Nicole by OPI Kim-Pletely In Love

I've been so busy here lately that I haven't really had the time to sit and file by nails down, so I decided to go with a more 'dainty' polish that always looks good on longer nails.
Nicole by OPI Kim-Pletely In Love is a very light, baby pink polish with very subtle blue shimmer. I really love this color, and I think it's definitely nice for a change with all the dark, vampy colors of Fall. The only negative thing about this polish is that it took FOUR coats to achieve what you see in the photos!
Check out Kim-Pletely In Love with a top coat:

You can find this polish at CVS, and possibly Target and Wal-Mart. What do you think about Nicole by OPI Kim-Pletely In Love?

Zoya Rekha

I've got a gorgeous red polish for you today! Zoya Rekha is from the Zoya Fall 2012 Designer Collection, and Rekha is a gorgeous, stunning, medium cherry red creme. I absolutely love it! Application was smooth with just two coats, and this red is a classic. Shown below is with top coat.

What do you think about Rekha? How do you wear your reds? Creme, Metallic, Glitter? Thanks for reading! ☺

This Week Through Instagram

There is a craft blog I follow that has a post every now and then of Instagram pictures throughout her week, and I thought the idea was so cool that I decided to do an Instagram post on here every now and then. I can't remember that particular blog I follow at this time, but when I remember I will update and let you know! So here is my week through Instagram!

This is Gavin, one of my two nieces and me!

I found this awesome canvas print for my bathroom at TJMaxx. My bathroom is decorated in burgundy, black, and white. I love what this print says, and it reminds me of my husband! ♥

Here's a crazy bee I saw while I was jogging outside! Yeah, I stopped to take the picture! lol

Gavin loves Elmo!

My parents built this fire in the backyard and we roasted hot dogs for dinner! It was actually chilly outside and it really felt like Fall!

My Jack, the Pumpkin Head I bought at Bath and Body Works last year. I have put pumpkin decorations in my kitchen, and I love how I can put a candle in this and make it glow!

More pumpkin decorations in my kitchen!

This was my view when I was eating lunch on my lunch break. I love sitting with the windows down when there's a breeze outside!

Here is the guacamole my mom and I made one Saturday for lunch! It was so fun shopping for the vegetables and making it together that day!

Pumpkin towels in my kitchen!

Thanks for reading and have a great weekend! ☺

Color Club Wild at Heart

I've got a a beautiful holographic polish for you today! This is the second time I've worn Color Club Wild at Heart, which is a dark purple holographic polish that comes alive in the light!
I used two coats plus top coat for the pictures below. I had a lot of tip wear in these photos, so I'm not sure if it's because of how much I worked with my hands that day, or because of the polish. Either way, the polish is still definitely worth wearing.

What do you think of Wild at Heart? You can still find this polish at Head2ToeBeauty.com. Thanks for reading! ♥

Finger Paints Twisted

Today I've got a polish that I've had pictures of for a while, but I'm just now getting around to posting them! Finger Paints Twisted came out in a collection earlier this year named Finger Paints Special Effects Flake Glitter Topcoat Collection, which consisted of multi-colored flake glitter topcoat polishes.
Twisted, in my opinion, was the best polish from this collection because it has every color of flake glitter, and it shows up beautifully against a dark polish. Shown below is one coat of Twisted painted over Milani Midnight Satin.

What do you think of Finger Paints Twisted? Do you love flake polishes as much as I do? Thanks for reading! ☺

Spoiled The Parking Meteor Expired

Spoiled The Parking Meteor Expired was one of the polishes I bought earlier this year when the Spoiled brand first started to show up at my local CVS. Spoiled had a whole rack of really cool colors, and the price was only $1.99!
The Parking Meteor Expired is a beautiful blackened base polish with subtle teal shimmer that appears to be duo-chromed in the bottle. If you look closely in the photos below, you can see flashes of fuchsia shimmer on the sides of the bottle. Sadly, the duo-chrome didn't really show up on the nail.
Shown below are two coats of The Parking Meteor Expired. It was somewhat difficult to paint my nails with the brush for this polish, because it was so uneven, and the bristles were sticking out everywhere. I actually had to trim my brush a little bit for easier application. I have read where a lot of people have had problems with the brushes to these polishes, and I believe Spoiled was going to make better brushes for their new polish, but I haven't bought any since they were first released.

Sorry about the pen marks on my fingers! lol These pictures were taken right after work. ☺
The fuchsia shimmer really shows up on the bottle in the photo above. ☺

What do you think of this polish? Have you tried any Spoiled polish? Thanks for reading! ♥
